Turkey’s Yapi Kredi talks seven-year dollar notes at 4¾% area

Atlanta, July 12 – Turkey’s Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Yapi Kredi) set talk in the 4¾% area for an offering of seven-year dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized notes, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING and UniCredit are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, according to a company announcement.

Yapi Kredi is an Istanbul-based lender.
