New Issue: Turkey's Yapi Kredi prices $750 million five-year notes at par to yield 5.1875%

Atlanta, Oct. 8 - Turkey's Yapi Kredi priced $750 million unsecured loan participation notes due Oct. 13, 2015 at par to yield 5.1875%, a market source said.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Unicredit were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which was talked to yield in the 5.1875% to 5¼% area.

Yapi Kredi is a commercial bank based in Istanbul.
