New Issue: China’s Yanzhou Coal sells RMB 2 billion 3.8% five-year notes

Los Angeles, July 26 – Yanzhou Coal Mining Co. Ltd. announced it issued RMB 2 billion of medium-term notes on Monday.
The five-year notes were priced at par with a coupon of 3.8%.
China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. is the bookrunner and lead underwriter with Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd. as joint lead underwriter.
Yanzhou is a Zoucheng, China-based coal mining company.
