Singapore's Yanlord Land sets seven-year tenor for dollar notes

Atlanta, March 17 - Singapore's Yanlord Land Group Ltd. set the tenor for its planned issue of between $300 million and $500 million notes at seven years, a market source said Thursday.

HSBC, JPMorgan and RBS Securities are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Yanlord Land is a property developer.
