Knoxville, Tenn., May 26 - Yangarra Resources Ltd. said it settled a C$2.06 million private placement of stock. The deal priced for C$2.31 million on May 20 and settled May 21. The reduced size was due to an investor failing to pay for 454,546 shares.
The company sold 3,745,454 flow-through common shares at C$0.55 apiece.
Proceeds will be used to fund qualifying expenditures in the Willesden Green Area of Alberta.
Yangarra is a resource exploration company based in Calgary, Alta.
