Virginia Beach, April 3 - Yale University priced $250 million of 2.086% five-year taxable bonds with a spread of Treasuries plus 30 basis points, according to a market source.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/) priced at par.
Pricing was tighter than talk, which was set at Treasuries plus 35 bps.
Barclays and Goldman Sachs & Co. were the joint bookrunners.
