Taiwan’s Yageo may issue up to NT$10 billion of corporate bonds

Chicago, Nov. 12 – Yageo Corp. has approval from its board of directors to issue up to NT$10 billion of fixed-rate corporate bonds over the next 10 years, according to a notice.

The notes may be issued in several tranches.

The issue price should be at par.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, debt repayment and business expansion.

The sale will be conducted as a public offering with no underwriters yet named.

Yageo is an electronic resistor manufacturing company based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
