New Issue: Argentina’s YPF prices $500 million taps of notes due 2018, 2024

Atlanta, Feb. 4 – Argentina’s Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales (YPF) priced a $500 million issue of notes on Wednesday, tapping its 8 7/8% notes due Dec. 19, 2018 and its 8¾% notes due Aug. 4, 2024, a market source said.

The 2018 notes came to the market with a yield of 8½%. The 2024 notes printed with an 8.95% yield.

Citigroup, Itau Unibanco and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the deal.

Other pricing details were not immediately available on Wednesday.

YPF is a petroleum and natural gas company based in Buenos Aires.
