Xylem to fully redeem 2.25% senior notes due 2023 on Dec. 12

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 10 – Xylem Inc. will fully redeem its outstanding €500 million 2.25% senior notes due 2023 (Cusip: 98419MAG5) on Dec. 12, according to a press release and an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at a make-whole premium plus 40 basis points.

Accrued interest will also be paid.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent.

The water technology company is based in Washington, D.C.
