Xella to start roadshow Monday for €300 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 20 - Germany's Xella will start a roadshow on Monday in London for a €300 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes, according to market sources.

Goldman Sachs International, JPMorgan and Credit Agricole CIB are managing the sale.

The notes feature standard high-yield covenants and come with three years of call protection.

The Duisburg, Germany-based building materials manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.

The notes are in the market via special purpose vehicle Xefin LUX SCA.
