Moody's rates Xefin notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Ba3 rating (LGD 3) to the €300 million senior secured notes due 2018 issued by Xefin Lux SCA.

The final terms of the bond are in line with the drafts reviewed for the provisional Ba3 rating that was assigned in May.
