New Issue: Wyoming Community Development prices $77.13 million of housing bonds

New York, Jan. 7 – The Wyoming Community Development Authority sold $77.13 million of series 2015 housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The deal included $12.8 million of series 2015-1 AMT bonds, $15 million of series 2015-2 non-AMT bonds and $49.33 million of series 2015-3 non-AMT bonds.

The 2015-1 bonds are due 2015 to 2023 with 0.4% to 2.95% coupons, all priced at par.

The 2015-2 bonds are due 2022 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2029 and 2034. The serial coupons range from 2.375% to 2.875%, all priced at par. The 2029 bonds have a 3.25% coupon priced at par, and the 2034 bonds have a 3.5% coupon priced at par.

The 2015-3 bonds are due 2023 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2029, 2034, 2039 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 2.65% to 2.875%, all priced at par. The 2029 bonds have a 3.25% coupon, the 2034 bonds have a 3.5% coupon and the 2039 bonds have a 3.7% coupon, all priced at par. The 2044 bonds have a 3% coupon priced at 104.562 to yield 2.449%.

The bonds were sold through senior manager BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2004-10, 2014-4 and 2014-5 housing bonds.
