New Issue: Wyoming Community Development prices $87.32 million revenue bonds

New York, March 13 - The Wyoming Community Development Authority sold $87,315,000 of series 2013 housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa1/AA+/) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.

The sale included $25.13 million of series 2013A-1 AMT bonds and $62,185,000 of series 2013-2 non-AMT bonds.

The 2013A-1 bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with 0.50% to 3.40% coupons, all priced at par. The 2013A-2 bond are due 2013 to 2017 with term bonds due in 2023, 2027, 2032, 2033, 2035 and 2038. The serial coupons range from 0.375% to 1.10%, all priced at par.

The 2023 bonds have a 2.9% coupon, the 2027 bonds have a 3.45% coupon and the 2032 bonds have a 3.75% coupon, all priced at par. The 2033 bonds have a 3.8% coupon, the 2035 bonds have a 3.9% coupon and the 2038 bonds have a 4.05% coupon, all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 1996, 2002 and 2003 housing revenue bonds.
