Wyndham to price notes via JPMorgan, Deutsche, Wells Fargo

Knoxville, Tenn., March 16 – Wyndham Worldwide Corp. is expected to conduct a sale of fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.

The bookrunners are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The hospitality and lodging company is based in Bethesda, Md.
