W.W. Grainger plans to price offering of notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., May 15 – W.W. Grainger, Inc. will sell senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
The industrial supply company is based in Lake Forest, Ill.
