W.W. Grainger aims to price senior notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 21 – W.W. Grainger, Inc. plans to sell dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and the remainder for general corporate purposes.

The industrial supply company is based in Lake Forest, Ill.
