W&T Offshore to replace trustee for 8½% senior notes due 2019

Morgantown, W.Va., April 11 – W&T Offshore, Inc. will replace Wells Fargo Bank, NA with Wilmington Trust, NA as trustee for its 8½% senior notes due 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wilmington Trust will take over as trustee effective April 18.

W&T Offshore is a Houston-based oil and natural gas producer.
