Fitch rates Wroclaw BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BBB+ long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings to the Polish City of Wroclaw.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the ratings are supported by Wroclaw's efficient management, wealthy local economy, high attractiveness to investors, satisfactory operating performance, high liquidity and declining debt during the last two years.

The ratings are constrained by a projected increase in debt and higher debt-servicing requirements for 2007-2013 due to an ambitious investment program, Fitch said.
