Moody’s rates W. R. Berkley notes Baa1
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to $350 million of senior notes due 2061 being sold by W. R. Berkley Corp.
The agency affirmed W.R. Berkley’s Baa1 senior unsecured rating in April.
The company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The outlook for W. R. Berkley is unchanged at stable.
