WPP plans to price $600 million 10-year senior notes Tuesday

Virginia Beach, Sept. 16 – WPP plc plans to sell $600 million of senior notes due 2024 through its WPP Finance 2010 unit on Tuesday, according to a market source and a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes are guaranteed by WPP plc and its subsidiaries, WPP Jubilee Ltd. and WPP 2005 Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The communication services company is based in London.
