S&P: WPP outlook now stable

S&P said it revised its outlook on WPP to stable from negative and affirmed the BBB/A-2 ratings on WPP and its debt.

“The outlook revision to stable reflects our view that in 2021-2023 WPP's operating performance will continue to improve, enabling it to maintain adjusted leverage at about 2.5x,” S&P said in a news release.
