W.P. Carey preps $350 million 10-year senior notes for Tuesday pricing

Virginia Beach, March 11 - W.P. Carey Inc. is in Tuesday's market with a $350 million offering of senior notes due 2024, according to a market source and a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company intends to use proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

New York-based W.P. Carey is a publicly traded REIT that provides long-term sale-leaseback and built-to-suit financing.
