St. Louis, June 15 - The Wornick Co. will start a roadshow on Tuesday for a $125 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B2), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price late in the week of June 21.

Jefferies & Co. will run the books for the Rule 144A offering. CIBC World Markets will be the co-manager.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of Wornick by Veritas Capital.

The Cincinnati-based company is a provider of military food rations and other packaged food products.
