Worldwide Flight buys $5.5 million notes in change of control offer, starts another
New York, Nov. 26 - Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. said $5.5 million of its 12¼% senior notes due 2007 were tendered in its change of control offer that expired Nov. 23 and added that it began a supplemental change of control offer on Monday.
The offers follow acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services' parent WFS Holdings, Inc. by Vinci Airport, Inc.
The first change of control offer, required under the note indenture, began on Oct. 24 and was at 101% of par value plus accrued interest.
The new offer is also at 101% of par plus accured interest, Worldwide Flight Services said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
