WordLogic considers debt, equity financings

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., March 31 - WordLogic Corp. is seeking to raise funds via a combination of debt financing and equity private placements, according to a 10-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company is contacting brokers in Canada and elsewhere to work out financing arrangements.

If it is unable to raise the funds it needs to carry out its business plan, it will consider other financing options, such as bank loans.

WordLogic is a keyboard and data-entry company based in Vancouver, B.C.
