South Korea's Woori Bank to sell $300 million subordinated bonds

New York, Nov. 1 - Woori Bank plans to sell $300 million of subordinated bonds, according to a market source.

The bond offering is expected to take place by mid-November.

No mandate has been given.

Woori Bank, based in Seoul, is one of the biggest financial institutions in Korea.
