New Issue: Woori Bank sells $600 million 4 7/8% sustainability notes due 2028

Chicago, Jan. 18 – Woori Bank sold $600 million of 4 7/8% five-year notes on Tuesday, according to multiple sources.
The notes priced at Treasuries plus 135 basis points, after talk at Treasuries plus 175 bps.
BofA Securities, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, MUFG, Societe Generale and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint lead managers.
Investors calls started on Jan. 9 for the Rule 144A and Regulation S issue.
The bank is based in Seoul, South Korea.
