Moody's affirms Woodside

Moody's Investors Services said it confirmed the Baa1 ratings of Woodside Petroleum Ltd.

The outlook is negative.

The confirmation concludes a review that was initiated on June 17 as result of Woodside's announcement that it would experience further delays and cost overruns on its large Pluto liquefied natural gas project.
