S&P: Wolters Kluwer view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Wolters Kluwer NV to stable from negative, and affirmed its BBB+ long-term and A-2 short-term corporate credit ratings.

The outlook revision reflects Wolters Kluwer's improved operating performance and stronger credit measures in financial 2009, S&P said.

The agency said it believes the group will be able to maintain its improved financial profile. A supportive financial policy, focused on deleveraging and on restraining acquisition activity and shareholder returns, is a key aspect of the outlook revision to stable, S&P said.
