San Diego, April 5 - WOA All Asset I, a series of Northern Lights Fund Trust II, has modified its existing allocation of fund assets among asset and market segments, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund manager will now invest no more than 40% of the fund's assets in the equities, real estate and commodities segments, and it will invest no more than 50% of the fund's assets in the fixed-income segment.

Previously, the fund manager was limited to investing no more than 40% of the fund's assets in any of the four primary asset segments.
