JPMorgan plans PLUS due 2018 with leverage, cap on WisdomTree Japan

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 5, 2018 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of at least 19.5%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.

The notes will price on March 31.

The Cusip number is 48129F663.
