New Issue: HSBC prices $3.01 million jump notes linked to WisdomTree Japan fund

Chicago, Feb. 29 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $3.01 million of 0% jump securities due Aug. 29, 2016 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the 11% upside payment.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
