Madison, Wis., March 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.41 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 2, 2016 linked to the WisdomTree Japan hedged equity fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 15.4%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any fund share price decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
