New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.4 million PLUS on WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund

Madison, Wis., Sept. 23 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5.4 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 24, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 200% of the return, subject to a maximum payment of $11.49 per note.
If the fund return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the ETF’s decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Distribution is through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
