New Issue: HSBC prices $3.68 million contingent buffered enhanced notes linked to WisdomTree Japan

Tacoma, Wash., May 28 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $3.68 million of 0% contingent buffered enhanced notes due Nov. 30, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is less than the initial share price by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price. Otherwise, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return of 17.5%.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as agent.
