Deutsche Bank plans accelerated return notes linked to WisdomTree Japan

Tacoma, Wash., April 1 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% accelerated return securities due Oct. 29, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity Fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the fund return, subject to a maximum return of at least 28.145% that will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 10% or less and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial share price if the fund finishes below the 90% trigger price.

The notes will price April 25 and settle April 30.

The Cusip number is 25152RJS3.
