New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.85 million two-year trigger PLUS linked to WisdomTree Japan

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Aug. 2 - Morgan Stanley priced $8.85 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 31, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 33.5%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by less than 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund falls to or below the 80% trigger level.
