New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.61 million trigger PLUS on WisdomTree Japan

Madison, Wis., June 25 - Morgan Stanley priced $8.61 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 26, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $12.65 per note.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund falls below the 70% trigger level.
