New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.2 million buffered PLUS tied to index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.2 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 3, 2022 linked to a basket of four indexes and an ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The basket consists of the MSCI Europe index with a 40% weight, the MSCI Japan index with a 25% weight, the WisdomTree India Earnings fund with a 15% weight, the MSCI China index with a 10% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 10% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 122.5% of any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as a distributor.
