New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.06 million capped return enhanced notes on fund basket

New York, Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.06 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Jan. 27, 2022 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the iShares China large-cap ETF and the WisdomTree India Earnings fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus three times any basket gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 18.85%.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the basket.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
