Wisconsin Public Service to offer green senior notes
Chicago, Nov. 10 – Wisconsin Public Service Corp. is preparing a new offering of green senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes have a make-whole call and a par call a number of months before the maturity date.
BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are leading the deal as joint bookrunning managers.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the senior co-manager.
Siebert Williams Shank & Co. LLC and Penserra Securities LLC are listed as co-managers.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
The company is using both in-house counsel and Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is advising the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for the construction and development of eligible green projects.
The issuer in an indirect subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc. and is based in Green Bay, Wis.
