Moody's rates Wisconsin Housing mortgage bonds Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aa2 to Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority home ownership revenue bonds, 2008 series A (AMT) - 2023 (Term), 2028 (Term) and 2032 (Term) and the rating of Aa2/VMIG1 to the 2008 series A (AMT) (variable) and 2008 series B (taxable)(variable).

Sale of the bonds was May 9.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds of the bonds will be used to refund existing bonds, purchase new single family mortgage loans, fund the debt service reserve and pay the costs of issuance.
