Wisconsin HEFA to price $60 million revenue bonds for Ministry Health

New York, May 17 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is expected to sell $60 million in series 2010B revenue bonds for Ministry Health, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the senior manager.

The maturities have not yet been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct, acquire and equip certain facilities operated by Ministry Health.

The authority, based in Milwaukee, provides financing for nonprofit educational and health care entities. Ministry Health is also based in Milwaukee and operates acute care clinics and hospitals.
