Wisconsin Health to sell $51.79 million Ministry Health revenue bonds

New York, March 5 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to sell $51.785 million in series 2010A revenue bonds for Ministry Health Care Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A+/) will be sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund debt issued by Ministry Health.
