Saint John's Communities, Wis., to sell $83.28 million revenue bonds

New York, Sept. 10 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to sell $83.275 million in series 2009 revenue bonds for Saint John's Communities, according to a preliminary official statement.

The sale includes $46.715 million in series 2009A bonds, $4.215 million in series 2009B bonds, $12.615 million in series 2009C-1 bonds and $19.73 million in series 2009C-2 bonds.

Ziegler Capital Inc. is the lead manager for the unrated bonds.

Proceeds will be used to reimburse Saint John's Communities for the construction, acquisition, equipment and improvement of its continuing care facilities.

The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is based in Brookfield, Wis.
