Illinois and Wisconsin health facilities agencies reoffer bonds

New York, June 12 - The Illinois Health Facilities Authority and the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority intend to reoffer series 2003 and series 2007 bonds, according to a reoffering notice released Thursday.

The Illinois authority plans to reoffer $65.55 million in series 2003A revenue bonds and $100.425 million in series 2007C revenue bonds. The Wisconsin authority will reoffer $69.85 million in series 2003B revenue bonds, $76.75 million in series 2007B-1 revenue bonds and $41.3 million in series 2007B-2 revenue bonds.

The series 2003 bonds will be reoffered on June 16 and the 2007 bonds on June 17.

The bonds are being reoffered at a result of a mandatory tender, according to the notice.

The series 2003A and 2003B bonds are due 2021 to 2023. The 2007B-1, 2007B-2 and 2007C bonds are due June 17, 2013.

All of the bonds bear interest at the weekly rate.

Merrill Lynch is the remarketing agent.
