S&P: Wisconsin Energy view stable

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed Wisconsin Energy Corp.'s BBB+ corporate credit rating and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

The outlook revision reflects the modest deterioration in the company's financial performance, which is likely due to the economic slump, and its toll on the company's service area, particularly with regard to industrial sales, according to the agency.
