Wisconsin Electric Power eyeing debentures offering

Virginia Beach, May 14 – Wisconsin Electric Power Co. plans to price an offering of debentures, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets LLC and BMO Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners. Blaylock Beal Van LLC and Williams Capital Group, LP are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used repay short-term debt and for working capital and other corporate purposes.

Milwaukee, Wis.-based Wisconsin Electric Power is a subsidiary of the Wisconsin Energy Corp.
