Community Development Authority of Madison, Wis., to price $150 million in revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 3 - The Community Development Authority of the City of Madison in Wisconsin is set to sell $150 million in series 2009 development revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement. The bonds will be sold for the Wisconsin Alumni Foundation Research Project.
The bonds will be sold through senior manager Merrill Lynch & Co.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to reimburse the foundation for the construction of a research building at the University of Wisconsin.
