New Issue: Wisconsin brings to market $171.05 million of general obligation bonds

New York, March 17 – The State of Wisconsin priced $171,045,000 of series 2015-1 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2/AA/AA) were sold through lead manager Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The bonds are due 2015 and 2017 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2027 and 2029. The serial coupons range from 1% to 5% with 0.11% to 2.34% yields. The 2027 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 121.593 to yield 2.55% and the 2029 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 119.925 to yield 2.72%.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing G.O. debt.
